What is interesting is "Whatever happened to MySpace?" is a question that has a variety of answers depending on who you are asking. Those in the music world find MySpace to be uniquely relevant while it seems the rest of the users find its relevance to be fading and that speaks to MySpace's loss of user share. MySpace CEO, effective immediately - (Owen used to be COO of Facebook prior to going to MySpace - as if it weren't confusing enough). Also below is a link to an interview with the two MySpace founders on Charlie Rose from February 3, 2009. My how things change so quickly in the digital world.
I think the most important thing to remember is that we cannot afford to ignore any of the social networks, but we also cannot afford to use them foolishly without strategy.
